SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Shipping

All items are made to order and shipped within 1-2 weeks depending on the current workload. After shipping, delivery usually takes 1–3 business days within Sweden and 4-5 business days in EU & UK. Delivery outside Europe typically takes 5 to 10 business days.

Bada Swimwear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs cost etc.). Please check with your local customs office for further information.

 

I am unable to redirect goods once the order has been dispatched. If your order is undeliverable or an incorrect shipping address has been entered, Iiris is not held responsible and the customer will not be entitled to a refund. In the event your swimsuit makes it way back to me, any additional shipping costs are at the customers expense. Please ensure your shipping details are correct. 

 

Returns
All swimwear is made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

I only accept returns if the item is faulty or defective. If you notice any issues with your order, please contact us at hello@badaswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving it. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.
